Kima studies the impact of the decision to adjust the selling price of gas for nitrogenous fertilizers

In order to study the impact of the Egyptian Cabinet's decision regarding amending the selling price of gas for nitrogenous fertilizers, in light of international urea export prices, the local selling price and the exchange of the dollar.

The company explained in a statement to the Egyptian Stock Exchange today, Thursday, that the equation included in the cabinet decision means that the price of selling gas supplied to companies producing nitrogenous fertilizers is linked to the price of selling a ton of urea, up and down, through a mechanism that is updated on a monthly basis.

She added that in all cases, the minimum selling price will not be less than 4.5 dollars per million British thermal units.
